Cold flexible cold food hose for heavy-duty industrial applications.

Applications  
  Transfer of refrigerated liquidized food (milk, vinegar, fruit juice), alcohol (i.e. beer), emptying and draining, equipment for lorries, liquid manure tanks and wine growing.
Advantages  
  Spirabel MDSF (Cold Flexible Quality) hose is compatible with a wide range of food products. It is specially designed for transferring refrigerated liquidized food in particular. Alcohol beverages up to 50% volume alcohol content can also be conveyed at temperatures of up to 40°c. Light and extremely easy to handle even in cold weather, it is very resistant to suction and discharge stresses. Its smooth interior minimizes flow loss and avoids retention areas. Suitable when in contact with food products, the green tint Spirabel MDSF is particularly good for emptying and draining applications.
Couplings  
  Guillemin or Storz symmetrical couplings, cam or universal joint connectors. Fixings with single threaded or spiral collars (SERFLEX). Crimping and band collars are not recommended as they do not ensure the prevention of any leakages and will increase the risk of damage to the spiral.
